Returns & Refunds

At Red Mountain, we take pride in providing the South African market with quality products at affordable prices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly email the following details to our team at info@red-mountain.co.za:

• Order Number
• Full Name

Please note: Refunds will only be processed once the item has been returned to us and a full assessment has been completed.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

• The item is in a resalable condition (unused and undamaged).
• All original packaging, including the product tag, is included.
• The return is logged within 30 days from receipt

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

Please note: Exchanges are only available to customers residing in Cape Town and must be done in person at our Factory located in Lansdowne.
