Address Information
Please provide accurate and complete address details during the checkout process. We are unable to accommodate address changes after the order has been placed.
Fulfilment Timelines

Delivery Timeline

Note: If you are located in an outlying or rural area, delivery may take additional time.
Terms of Guarantee
At Red Mountain, we stand by the quality of our products. We guarantee this item against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 or 12 months (as indicated on your product), valid from the date of purchase and applicable to the original purchaser only.
During this period, Red Mountain will repair or replace the item at our discretion, provided the claim meets the conditions of the guarantee.
Exclusions – This Guarantee Does Not Cover:
- Damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse, or lack of personal care
- Claims made by anyone other than the original purchaser
- Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties.
To Claim Your Guarantee:
- A valid proof of purchase must be presented (receipt or invoice).
- The product must be returned for assessment.
